We’re hosting an informational webinar for potential applicants to the Advancing Research Careers (ARC) program. ARC is part of the National Institutes of Health’s efforts to promote broad participation within the biomedical research workforce. It has two components: an individual predoctoral-to-postdoctoral career transition award (F99/K00; PAR-25-084) and an institutional research education cooperative agreement (UE5; PAR-23-221).
Webinar Information:
Tuesday, January 7, 3:00-4:30 p.m. ET
Zoom link
Meeting ID: 160 701 7235

During the webinar, we’ll provide an overview of both funding opportunities and answer your programmatic, budget, and scientific review questions. The next application receipt dates are January 29, 2025, for the ARC UE5 and February 13, 2025, for the ARC F99/K00. Please note that the F99/K00 notice of funding opportunity was recently reissued in response to NIH-wide changes in the fellowship application and review process.
You may send questions before the webinar to Laurie Stepanek or Lameese Akacem or post them in the chat box during the event. Participants requiring sign language interpretation and/or other reasonable accommodations should submit a request using our contact form at least 5 days prior to the meeting.
