UPDATE: The slides [PDF] from the Bridges webinar are now available.

Are you preparing a grant application for the Bridges to the Baccalaureate or Bridges to the Doctorate institutional research training program? If so, please join our informational webinar to learn about the programs and application components. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions:

During the webinar, we’ll provide a broad overview of the programs and share our expectations of applications and the required data tables for the upcoming September 25 receipt date. You may send questions to us before the webinar or post them in the chat box during the event.

To access the webinar, visit the WebEx meeting page (link no longer available).

Slides will be posted on the Bridges to the Baccalaureate and Bridges to the Doctorate webpages following the event.

  1. Good afternoon, will there be a webinar about this funding opportunity this year? We are planning to apply and would like to attend, if there is one. Thank you,

    1. There will not be a new webinar for the Bridges programs before the receipt date of September 28, 2021. Most of the material from the 2020 webinar [PDF] still applies; please note, however, that the Bridges to the Doctorate FOA (PAR-21-198) has been updated. Please be sure to follow the directions for the appropriate FOA and related Notices to ensure that your application is not withdrawn.

We anticipate having a webinar for both Bridges programs in 2022. In the meantime, the new program officers for Bridges to the Baccalaureate (Dr. Laurie Stepanek and Dr. Shakira Nelson) and Bridges to the Doctorate (Dr. Bob Coyne) are happy to answer questions.
